“Something new and unpredictable! That’s what I wanted to create when I was asked to design a pattern for SKUGGBRÄCKA quilt cover and metre fabric. I started sketching and after a while I found the direction I was looking for - a labyrinth-like pattern with a hand-painted, ‘geometrically imperfect’ feeling. I can envision it in both a minimalistic Scandinavian home as well as in a colourful, bold-patterned home. I love to see my work being a part of people’s everyday life.” Designer Niina Aalto
